Terms of Service & Sale

Peridays is an educational & wellness service. It is not a medical provider and does not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using Peridays (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Peridays is — and is not

Peridays helps you organize your own symptoms, understand general information, and prepare questions for your clinician. It does not diagnose, treat, or create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified clinician; in an emergency call your local emergency number.

3. Subscription, billing & auto-renewal

Plans: $12.99 / month or $89 / year (USD). Prices may change with notice.
Free trial: your first 7 days are free. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price each period until you cancel. Renewal terms and price are disclosed before you pay.
Cancellation: cancel anytime in two clicks from Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds: payments are generally non-refundable for partial periods, except where required by law. Contact us for billing issues.
Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling outputs as medical advice, or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service and brand. You own the data you enter and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers of warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that information is complete, accurate, or suitable for your situation. It is not a substitute for professional medical care.

7. Your acknowledgment & assumption of risk

You acknowledge that Peridays gives no medical advice; that you use the Service and any generated content at your own risk and remain solely responsible for your health decisions; and that you will consult a qualified clinician before acting on anything from the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peridays is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing law, arbitration & class-action waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's state of residence. Except for individual small-claims matters, disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and Peridays each waive any right to a jury trial or to bring or join a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.
