Your symptom entries stay on your device (in your browser) in the free tool. We never sell your health data.

Who we are

Peridays is an educational/wellness service. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity and do not provide medical care.

What we collect

Symptom inputs you enter — stored locally on your device in the free tool; you control what you enter.
Account & billing (if you subscribe): email and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
Usage/technical data to run and secure the Service.

How we use it

To provide the Service and its AI features (processed via our AI provider to generate your report), to handle billing (Stripe), to send emails you consent to, and to improve and secure the Service. We do not sell your health data and do not use your individual health inputs for advertising.

Sharing

Only with service providers under contract (e.g. our AI provider, Stripe, email, hosting) acting on our instructions, or when required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. California CCPA/CPRA, Washington My Health My Data Act, EU/UK GDPR) you may access, correct, delete, or export your data and withdraw consent. Contact privacy@peridays.com.

Retention & security

We keep account data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption in transit and at rest and store secrets securely.

Children

Peridays is for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
